We are now looking for a driven and analytical International Key Account Director to take the responsibility for our international key account customers, both present and prospects. You will report directly to the Sales Director of Kinnarp AB. The International Key Account Director is responsible of creating key account agreements with large international companies. This person is also responsible for the sales volume and follow up the on planned volumes in each account. The work means a high degree of cooperation with local management/sales directors/key account managers on the different markets where Kinnarps are represented.

Together with the Sales Director strategically plan and develop the international key account work. You will manage a team of seven International Key Accounts, they are based in different countries in Europe. You will need to be able to lead them from distance and meet up with them on a regular base.

This is a strategic and also a bit operative role with own accounts as well as following up others.

  • · Responsible of creating new international key account agreements
  • · Creating the customer relations or using already existing relations
  • · Decide on the conditions of the agreement
  • · Negotiating
  • · Follow ups, reporting and analysis


  • You have a background from international business (B2B) and are used to work on a strategic level with large clients and agreements. You need to be good at business law and frame agreements. You have a strong leadership background and preferable used to lead on distance.

    We believe that you are motivated by doing business and are used to structure your work together with your team and achieve your goals. We see that you are good at creating and maintaining customer relationships as the work includes close contact with customers. The work usually involves long sales cycles and therefore it is important that you are used to work towards long-term goals. We think you have a university education or equivalent and that you have the knowledge of establishing an agreement. Furthermore, your social skills and your involvement are an important part of your success.
