WHO IS THE PILOT FOR?

Any company with 200+ people, seriously considering a switch to agile working. (If you have less staff, we can always scale it down a bit for you)

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

A suite of agile working furniture solutions available on a ‘pick and mix’ basis to suit the space available and immediate needs of the workplace. The furniture ranges available to choose from include:
• Ava & Plint (meeting table and stool)
• Fields (booths for different task-based environments)
• Embrace (meeting area stools)
• Series P (height-adjustable desks)

WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED?

We will work with you to advise you on how to maximise participation in the trial, including capturing staff reactions to the furniture as they use it.

We will also support you to conduct a post-pilot survey and analyse the results, helping you
make insight-driven decisions on your future office change.

HOW MUCH DOES A PILOT PACK COST?

The total cost for the pilot will be circa £20,000 – depending on the final choice of furniture. There is the option of leasing the furniture from Kinnarps, spreading the cost over 3 years
(equivalent to just £23 per day) – with the opportunity to put this against operating/revenue budget instead of capital expenditure.

HOW LONG SHOULD A PILOT LAST?

That is ultimately up to you, but we would advise a minimum of 3 months to allow the furniture to be fully tried out. In most cases, we would expect anywhere from 6 to 9 months for a full pilot to return valuable feedback

WHAT ABOUT WHEN the trial ENDS?

It’s entirely up to you. You can choose to either:
(i) Keep the furniture, with no commitment to using Kinnarps for
future furniture orders - you can use it anywhere within your office.
(ii) Return the furniture to Kinnarps, and receive a refund of up to
1/3 of the original value* 
(iii) Partner with us for a full move to agile working – with a special
discount available on your next order, as a pilot customer.

*depending on how long you've owned it and the condition of the furniture
