We have systematically analyzed question by question, market by market in order to find the common denominator for which changes we should expect. This trend spotting that has resulted in our Trend Reports.

In our first Trend Report, we illustrate the changes that we consider to be particularly important for the workplace. The most important driving forces behind the changes are new technology, new values, globalization and a shift to a thought economy.
