There is no one-size-fits-all solution for your ideal office. It’s not as simple as choosing a traditional vs agile workspace. The Kinnarps Next Office® process helps you pinpoint the degree of agility that is right for your organisation, where on the scale you should sit.
Through Next Office®, we have helped over 60 companies across Europe use data-driven insights and employee participation to plan their new agile working environment. It’s a process that has ensured the next office is the right office for the business and its employees.
Our INSIGHT REPORT 'Agile Working - from paper to practice' summarises the resulting findings from all the consultancies undertaken and makes for interesting reading. You can select the data that best matches your business sector and compare with you thoughts.

We use a combination of staff surveys and user behaviour app to generate rich data, which in turns provides the insight on which to base your decision.
Next Office® is above all a listening exercise. We spend time ensuring senior teams and staff are engaged and actively participating in the process.
We take you on a journey of consulting and advising, but it’s a journey with a flexible range of furniture solutions at the end – thought & delivery in a single package.

interior design solution
The first step is to inform, inspire and motivate to get everyone involved. We hold seminars, for instance on how working life is changing (present our trend reports), why this is the case, and how this will affect the individual and the company. You are also welcome to visit our showrooms for further inspiration.
First we give a workshop. Then follow analyses by means of various tools, which indicate occupancy rate, work patterns and your needs and wishes. The results are summarised in a report on which the design of your workplace will be based.
On the basis of the review, we now know your occupancy rate, work patterns, staff requirements and wishes, and level of focus. We present the results to you and interpret them jointly with you. From the results we create a vision which forms the basis for the next step. Then we discuss, together with you and your team, how you want to design your new workplace.
We propose an interior design solution that suits your needs and business. Any alterations to the proposal are carried out, and when you are fully satisfied you can place an order for your new workplace.
We aim to always use our own delivery fitters to deliver and install your new working environment. We give you service based on experience and care plus sustainably focused transportation, which means you avoid having to deal with waste packaging. Instead of single-use packaging, we use blankets to wrap and protect the majority of our products. We re-use these blankets over and over again.

With new technology making it possible to work anywhere, our work environments are changing fast. An office can be at work or at home, in a café or in a hotel lounge. Here at Kinnarps we specialise in work environments and interior design solutions for the offices of the future. When you choose an office design solution from us, you can rest assured that you will get an office that has been designed with the needs of you and your organisation in mind - and that will continue to meet your needs for many years to come.
Our many years of experience in the field of work environments have taught us that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution. Effective offices are designed with the client's individual needs in mind and meet your own particular requirements in terms of layout, the way you work and interior design. If designed correctly, the work environment will naturally foster wellbeing, creativity and productivity. When creating work environments for our clients, we use our concept called Next Office. Next Office is a process that looks at the workplace as a whole: organisation, physical environment and digital technology. The aim is for employees to feel involved and engaged in the entire process, on their journey to their new office.
We don't supply off-the-peg solutions, so the office that we deliver may include a combination of many different ideas - everything from an open-plan office to an activity-based office and personal cubicles. But the result is always a flexible work environment that provides scope for both the individual and organisation to grow, develop and thrive. Since the office is designed specifically for your business, the work environment will be more productive and processes will be more effective. Kinnarps' work environments are creative and positive - and encourage collaboration within and between different departments and functions. We create solutions tailored to the team and the individual that encourage and support different personalities and different ways of working. The ability to choose a work setting that suits you makes for a stress-free environment, and ergonomic office furniture reduces the risk of work-related injuries. This type of work environment, which puts employees at the centre, attracts the best people, and also reflects the business' ethos and brand. And the versatile, flexible office space also enables you to optimise your use of space and avoid unnecessary expense. We take a holistic approach to the work environments of the future that takes into account the individual, the organisation, society and the environment.
The process of developing new work environments is always based on Kinnarps' own sustainability initiative, The Better Effect, which ensures that you always make an active, sustainable choice - for the future.
